Job summary

HR GO Group is recruiting for Production Operatives in Kirkby, Merseyside. The role is on a temporary contract with a view to permanent after 12 weeks. Shifts are 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights, 6-6), paid £15.14 per hour with weekly pay.

Responsibilities include operating large-scale machinery and extrusion lines, packing and palletising products, and adhering to strict Health & Safety procedures. A Counterbalance FLT licence is required, with opportunities for a permanent position.

Qualifications

• You must hold a valid Counterbalance FLT licence.
• Previous experience in a production role is essential.
• Experience operating an extrusion line is preferred.
• All candidates must pass a drug and alcohol test.
• The role requires heavy lifting of up to 25kg.
• Candidates must be prepared to work in a dusty environment, overalls are provided.
• Proactive and able to work independently, as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Operate large-scale machinery to manufacture products for customer orders.
• Operate an extrusion line.
• Work to order sheets.
• Pack products at the end of the production process.
• Palettise finished products.
• Follow strict health and safety procedures.
