You will manage scaling processes, conduct coating trials, and collaborate with teams across disciplines to overcome technical challenges in projects aimed at replacing single-use plastics. Candidates should have experience in extrusion technologies and process engineering, with a strong emphasis on hands-on experimentation and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in extrusion technologies including compounding and extrusion coating.
• Ability to troubleshoot process challenges and design experiments.
• Experience with rapid feasibility studies and scale-up challenges.
