SCiA Group is seeking a full-time Support Worker for its Extra Care Scheme in Lymington. The role involves promoting independence, providing personal care, and assisting with daily routines. Ideal candidates will have a caring attitude and a passion for supporting others, with full training provided.
Social Care in Action is currently supporting people in our Extra Care sites to ensure they stay safe and well. We currently have opportunities for a Support Worker to work full-time at our Extra Care Scheme in Lymington, Barfields Court. Part-time hours may be considered.
Work is scheduled on a rota basis, with availability required every other weekend.

Our Extra Care Schemes support individuals to remain in their own homes with person-centred care, enabling independence while respecting their choices and human rights. We work closely with agencies including CQC, adult services, local GP practices, and the community.

Your role as a Support Worker involves:
