SCiA Group is seeking Support Workers for their Extra Care Scheme in Lymington. The role involves promoting independence and providing personalized care to individuals in a supportive environment. Full training is provided, and candidates with a caring attitude are encouraged to apply.
Social Care in Action iscurrently supporting people in our Extra Care sites to ensure they stay safe and well. We currently have opportunities for Support Workers to work full-time or part-timeat our Extra Care Scheme in Lymington, Barfields Court.
Shift Schedule:
Weekdays Evenings: 14:30 to21:00
Weekends from 07:00 to 21:00
Long day shifts are available, including a one-hour break.
Work is scheduled on a rota basis.
About You

You’ll always be supported and looked after by your SCA Care colleagues and wider Social Care in Action family, and full training will be provided.
About the role
Our Extra Care Schemes support individuals to remain in their own homes with person centred care to enable them to live as independently as possible whilst taking into account their choices and respecting their human rights. SCiA work closely with other agencies including CQC, adult services, local GP practices and the local community.

Our Extra Care Schemes are developments that comprise of self-contained homes and SCA Care provide support to tenants to enable self-care and independent living.
