Job summary

Radis Community Care in Thetford is seeking full-time and part-time Support Workers to join the Laburnum Grove team. The role focuses on assisting older adults with physical frailty to maintain independence and safety in daily living.

You'll help with personal care, mobility, and engaging residents in social and recreational activities, while delivering care that upholds choice, dignity and respect across shifts and cover for annual leave and sickness.

Qualifications

• Assist elderly residents with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene and dressing.
• Support residents to maintain independence and participate in activities.
• Operate in a respectful, person-centred manner upholding dignity.

Responsibilities

• Assist elderly residents with personal care activities such as washing, hygiene and dressing.
• Aid residents with mobility to dining areas, communal spaces and back to their rooms.
• Support residents in participating in recreational and social activities individually or in groups.
