Job Title: Scheme Manager – Extra Care
Location:Barfields Court, Lymington
Salary: £27,635.03
Working hours: Monday to Friday 9:00am to 5:00pm, with additional hours as necessary
Reports to: Registered Care Manager

At SCA (Social Care in Action), we put people at the heart of everything we do. We’re seeking a dedicated and dynamic Scheme Manager – Extra Care to oversee the daily operations of our Extra Care service and lead a committed team of Care Workers.

About the Role
You’ll play a vital role in the day-to-day management of our Extra Care housing scheme, ensuring our customers receive compassionate, personalised care and support to maintain their independence and dignity.

What We’re Looking For
We're looking for someone who is proactive, compassionate, and highly organised with a strong background in care management.
Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within health or social care
NVQ Level 3 in Social Care (or equivalent), or relevant experience
Strong understanding of personalised care planning, safeguarding, and support delivery
Ability to use care management software and maintain accurate records
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
Commitment to dignity, respect, and independence in care
