Job Description
What you’ll do

The Extra Care Scheme Manager is responsible for managing daily activities and growing a successful care team delivering personal care services to our service users. You will ensure the availability of qualified care workers, maintain high standards of care, and ensure all processes are followed, correctly controlled, and documented. Additionally, you will oversee compliance with quality standards internally, as well as with regulators and contract holders.
