A leading not-for-profit organization is seeking a compassionate leader to manage Extra Care services in Harrow. The role involves ensuring high-quality support for residents with care needs, promoting independence and community engagement. Creative Support is a not-for-profit organisation which provides high quality, person-centred support to older people and people with a learning disability, physical disabilities, mental health needs and dementia. The support we offer is tailored to the individual's needs and preferences and promotes wellbeing, choice and community engagement.
We are seeking a warm, compassionate and proactive leader to oversee the operational management and quality of one of our Extra Care services. The service for 60 residents is based in the culturally rich borough of Harrow. You will ensure an empowering service which meets the needs of our clients and work with the housing provider and service user's families and friends to promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere within the service. You must be flexible, energetic and reliable with a well-organised approach to staff deployment and service delivery.
You must have significant practitioner or management experience in relevant health or social care service provision alongside a warm, person-centered and respectful approach. An understanding of CQC quality requirements and care standards is essential. You should have a relevant professional qualification and/or a degree level qualification.
