Job description

Pay: Circa £32,500.00 per year

As an Extra Care Assistant Manager at Miner's Court, you will help manage the care and support service in Coastline's Extra Care facility in Redruth. No two days are ever the same!

Your role involves ensuring person-centred care for all customers, upholding our values like striving to be the best and putting customers first. You will support compliance with the CQC standards, assist the Registered Manager and other Assistant Managers, and handle responsibilities such as caring for customers, administering medications, liaising with families, conducting assessments, and managing the team.

You will oversee operational activities, staff wellbeing, absence management, recruitment, and performance. You may deputise for the Registered Manager and undertake various managerial and care duties as needed.
