We are looking for compassionate and reliable Extra Care Assistants / Care Workers / Support Workers / Carers to join our Extra Care Team in Grimsby.

The Care Assistant Role
  1. Supporting individuals with personal care routines including washing, dressing, and toileting needs.
  2. Assisting individuals in taking their medication.
  3. Preparing warm and nourishing meals.
  4. Helping with light domestic tasks and other care needs.
  5. Providing companionship to individuals.
