Saxon Weald is seeking an External Works Operative to perform a variety of external repairs and maintenance for homes and communities. The role involves hands-on tasks across fencing, brickwork, groundworks, roofing and guttering, with independent and team work to deliver high-quality workmanship.

You will manage your own workload, use a handheld tablet to record work, and follow strict safety practices. A full UK driving licence and DBS check are required.

Formación

• Experience carrying out external repairs and maintenance including fencing, groundworks, brickwork, roofing, roofline repairs and guttering.
• Able to diagnose repairs and carry out pre-inspections to identify related work and solutions.
• Experience working safely at height and using power tools, PPE and related equipment.
• Capable of completing work to a high standard while managing workload and meeting deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Carry out a wide range of external repairs and maintenance works.
• Manage own workload and maintain safe working practices at all times.
• Record work, materials used and outcomes using a handheld tablet.
• Work both independently and as part of a team, sharing knowledge with colleagues.
