A reputable developer and main contractor is looking for an experienced Site Manager to join their team to look after the external packages on one of their residential developments in East London. Responsibilities:

1. Manage all aspects of the construction site, ensuring adherence to project plans, timelines, and budgets.
2. Lead on-site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve project milestones and quality standards.
3. Maintain a safe working environment on site.
4. Monitor site progress and address any issues promptly to keep the project on track.
5. Manage procurement of materials and equipment to maintain project efficiency.

Requirements:

1. External experience - Brickwork packages, scaffolding, facades, balcony installations.
2. Proven experience as Site Manager, preferably on £20mil+ residential developments.
3. Ability to manage externals on the full residential tower block.
4. Strong leadership and management skills.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
6. Sound knowledge of construction processes, regulations, and safety standards.
7. Track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
8. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid, NVQ levels.
