Job summary

Investigo in London is seeking an ACA-qualified External Reporting Manager to lead group reporting within a large, global listed business. The role supports transformational finance work, working with the Head of External Reporting to ensure accurate disclosures and tight delivery of reporting deadlines. The ideal candidate will drive improvements across controls and reporting processes while coordinating with auditors and senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• ACA qualified accountant with experience in external reporting and financial statements.
• Strong grasp of reporting deadlines, controls and governance.
• Ability to lead reporting improvements and work with auditors.

Responsibilities

• Support quarterly and annual external reporting, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Coordinate production of trading updates, results announcements and disclosures.
• Own reporting areas including related parties, provisions and contingent liabilities.
• Partner with business units to review balance sheets and reporting matters.
• Liaise with external auditors during audits and reviews of financial statements and controls.
• Contribute to Audit Committee and Board papers on reporting and performance.
• Drive continuous improvement across reporting processes and documentation.
• Lead preparation of ancillary reports and pro forma information.
