As a Capital Reporting Analyst in the External Reporting Team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy of RWA results and regulatory compliance for the Global Commodities Group. You will work closely with stakeholders across regions, leveraging your quantitative mindset and relationship management skills to drive innovation and robust controls. Join us to make a significant impact in the financial industry.

Job Responsibilities:
• Validate monthly and quarterly RWA results for Global Commodities based on market trends and position analysis.
• Provide commentary on RWA drivers and variances.
• Prepare detailed presentations on RWA and capital results for senior management.
• Develop RWA/GSIB forecast and plan figures for all businesses within the group.
• Ensure regulation-compliant operating environment.
• Lead projects related to RWA calculation and capital reporting.
• Prepare daily balance sheet summaries for Commodities business.
• Participate in month-end and quarter-end close processes.
• Partner with the business to implement robust controls and initiatives.
• Handle various ad-hoc requests daily.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with strong self-review of work.
• Solid understanding of financial products and RWA.
• Proactive and willing to accept responsibility.
• Ability to drive change and innovation in processes.
• Excellent communication skills for complex concepts.
• Strong technical skills in Excel and PowerPoint.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
• Experience within Product Control, Financial Control, or Accounting.
• Familiarity with SA-CCR methodology for notional reporting.
• Experience in regulatory submissions and compliance.
• Strong relationship management skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and quantitative thinking.
