Job summary

Fauna & Flora International seeks a Research Officer in External Insight & Private Sector to identify and qualify new fundraising prospects. You will monitor philanthropic and private sector developments to position FFIs fundraising for growth, working with colleagues to inform strategy.

You will translate insights into practical recommendations, demonstrate sound judgement, and enjoy a fast-moving environment that improves systems and understanding of complex landscapes.

Qualifications

• Excellent research skills with a disciplined approach to data and insight.
• Ability to translate complex landscape information into practical recommendations.
• Experience gathering and analysing philanthropic/private sector trends.

Responsibilities

• Lead on identifying and qualifying new prospects for fundraising.
• Monitor developments across philanthropic and private sector landscapes.
• Ensure early-stage engagement is informed, targeted and strategically aligned.
