The Communications team offers a fast-paced environment with opportunities to develop skills, handle media enquiries, draft statements, produce videos and animations, and engage audiences across websites and social media.

Qualifications

• Experience in external communications and handling media enquiries.
• Proficiency in filming and editing content for video and social media.
• Ability to develop and deliver marketing strategies across diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Support ongoing communication with staff, public, patient and stakeholder groups.
• Provide extensive support to Head of External Communications and External Communications Manager.
• Help develop and implement a marketing strategy to promote Sandwell and West Birmingham NHS Trust and The Dudley Group NHS Foundation Trust as the hospitals of choice for patients and showcase new and innovative services.
• Organise and run public and stakeholder events to promote the Trust, its services, plans and strategies, including fun days, public meetings, conferences and roadshows.
