• Work collaboratively as part of the estates team.
• To provide a full operation, maintenance, engineering and building fabric service. Which meets statutory and contractual obligations.
• Work effectively and efficient to deliver assigned planned and reactive maintenance.
• Use PDA technology to evidence compliance with statutory and contractual obligations, and personal productivity.
• Perform thorough cleaning tasks in a grounds/gardens setting, including pressure washing, as required.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are used safely and effectively.
• Communicate with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.
• Maintain an organised schedule to ensure timely completion of cleaning assignments.
