External Audit Director - Manchester - Top 25 Practice - Global Presence - Up to £125k base plus bonus, equity, and RI Support if required

Location: Greater London, England, United Kingdom

GW Risk (Part of the GraingerWest Group) is seeking an External Audit Director for their Manchester office. This is a leadership role in a rapidly growing and established firm with a unique investment vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead audit teams and engagements with corporate clients across various sectors.
  2. Manage multiple portfolios and present findings to audit committees and senior stakeholders.
  3. Drive the firm's growth strategy and contribute to the expansion of the leadership team.
  4. Provide immediate RI support at the Director level and work towards becoming a Partner or Equity Partner.
  5. Explore opportunities in Transaction Services, Corporate Finance, and Deals Advisory.

Qualifications:

  1. Top 4 Experienced Senior Manager or above, with a focus on corporate leadership.
  2. Demonstrable ability to lead teams and manage client engagements.
  3. Experience presenting to audit committees and handling multiple portfolios.
