External Audit Director - Global Accounting Group - London - up to £150k plus bonus and RI Support if required

We are seeking an External Audit Director to join a leading FCA Authorised Global Advisory and Accounting Firm in London, offering a competitive salary of up to £150k plus a 20% bonus and full support for RI status if required.

Location: London (Flexible Working Available)

Responsibilities:

• Lead audit services for SME and OMB Corporate clients ranging from £5 million to £400 million across various sectors.
• Support and guide junior staff within the audit team, which comprises approximately 24 members.
• Collaborate with clients to provide exceptional audit services and contribute to the growth of client portfolios.
• Assist in obtaining RI status within a 6 to 9 month period with support from the firm.
• Drive brand growth with the intention to progress to Partner level (£160k plus) within 12-18 months.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience as a Senior Manager, Assistant Director, or Director from a Top 100 firm.
• Ability to lead audit teams and manage client relationships effectively.
• Commitment to obtaining RI status in the specified timeframe.
