The External Affairs Manager leads stakeholder engagement and policy advocacy to promote quality management in UK heat networks. • Develop and maintain high-impact relationships with key stakeholders across industry bodies, regulatory agencies, government departments, and quality profession organisations.
• Represent the organisation at external forums, conferences, working groups, and industry events.
