Position: Exterior Maintenance Technician

Location: Chester

Contract: Full Time 42.5 hours per week, Permanent

Salary: Basic salary £25,732 per annum (40-hour week)

Reporting To: Team Leader

The Role

As an Exterior Maintenance Technician, you will work on-site to ensure the best possible service is provided to our growing exterior customer base. Main Duties:

• Grass cutting and strimming
• Shrub pruning, plant care, and hedge cutting
• Weed maintenance
• Using a range of powered and non-powered horticulture equipment
• Completing all digital records via smartphone application
• Liaising with customers
• Autumn clearing
• Spring preparation
• Mowing
• Heavy lifting will be required

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

• Full UK driver’s license
• Garden maintenance experience is essential
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Plant knowledge is advantageous
• Horticulture qualification is desirable but not essential
