Job description

Forsbrook Nursery and Out of School Club is an outstanding nursery situated within Forsbrook CE Primary School. We offer care and education for children aged from 8 weeks to 5 years, term-time only between the hours of 7.30am – 5:30pm.

We are currently recruiting to the post of an Extended School Edu-Carer to start 01.09.2025. This is a fixed term contract to 31.08.2026 with a possibility to extend beyond this date.

You will be required to work across all of the nursery rooms from 0 – 5 years and will also include work within the out of school club. The successful applicant will have at least 2 years’ experience of working with under 0 – 5’s and will be qualified to at least NVQ 3 Level or equivalent. The post would be particularly suitable for candidates who are keen for further professional development and who may be considering a future career in early years or teaching.

The hours of work will be between 7.30am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday, Term Time Only. Hours to be discussed at interview stage. Interested applicants should contact Mrs Turner, Nursery Lead on 01782 392577 for further discussion.
