Expression of Interest - Principal Process Engineer - Wastewater, Brighton

This is an expression of interest to join Stantec as a Principal Process Engineer with experience in Wastewater, based in Brighton, Ashford, Kings Hill, or Southampton offices in the South of England. We partner with key clients as strategic advisors, setting the industry standard according to NCE listings.

In this role, you will lead Wastewater projects from inception to construction, support Project Managers with your technical expertise, and ensure high-quality project execution. You will also mentor Process Engineers and foster strong relationships across multidisciplinary teams.

About You

• A degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or equivalent
• Ideally Chartered with demonstrable water industry experience
• Experience in design and construction environments preferred
• Skills in process calculations, mass balance, control philosophy, commissioning, HAZOPs, and P&ID development
• Ability to translate client needs into solutions and guide project execution
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Experience managing staff and promoting continuous learning
