Job description

We are recruiting for various teaching roles within our Engineering Trades department across a group of respected colleges. We seek passionate and skilled individuals to join us in the following positions:

Roles:
  1. Trade Lecturers: Deliver engaging and practical lessons that help students develop hands-on skills in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Welding, or Automotive, ensuring they gain the necessary technical knowledge for their careers.
  2. Programme Leads: Oversee the successful delivery of engineering programmes, manage a team of educators, and ensure curriculum alignment with industry standards.
  3. Curriculum Managers: Develop, implement, and manage high-quality curriculum content to provide students with a comprehensive, practical education in their chosen trade.
Requirements:
  • Expertise in one or more of the following trades: Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Welding, or Automotive.
  • Previous industry experience in the relevant trade is essential.
  • No formal teaching qualifications are required at this stage; training can be provided to help you achieve your teaching qualifications.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and motivate students.
  • Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to helping students reach their potential.
Opportunities:
