With potential opportunities at our offices in Brighton, Ashford, Kings Hill or Southampton, you will grow our reputation within the local communities by providing EICA design services for a range of projects.

The successful candidate would be involved in the whole project life cycle from optioneering through to detailed design and installation, feasibility studies, site surveys and investigations.

As an EICA Engineer, you will hold responsibility for working and liaising with project managers, technical leaders, design engineers, clients, supply chain partners, contractors, planners and other stakeholders to achieve positive outcomes for the projects and community.

You will understand how water treatment processes operate and be experienced in assessing the existing electrical and ICA infrastructure to develop and deliver the EICA design. We would also be interested in speaking with candidates who have experience within the energy, infrastructure & environmental sectors in an electrical engineering capacity.

Stantec provide a number of opportunities to learn and develop from colleagues across the whole UK business. As a Senior EICA Engineer, you will help develop the team by acting as a mentor, line manager or guide to less experienced members within the team.

ABOUT YOU
  • You will be an experienced Electrical Engineer with a Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related subject, ideally Chartered or on your way to Chartership.
  • You will be experienced in writing technical specifications, control philosophies, schedules, reports and be familiar with collaborative reviews and designs of solutions.
  • You will be able to produce Single Line Diagrams, Block Cable Diagrams, Network Infrastructure Diagrams as well as providing engineering input to collaborative design outputs, such as General Arrangement Drawings, 3D models and Process & Instrumentation Diagrams.
  • Experience in the Water sector is an advantage but we would also be interested in speaking with candidates with experience in the energy, infrastructure & environmental sectors.
