What you’ll be doing:

  • Supporting customers during their online comparisons, providing clarity on product information, and helping them take advantage of special offers.
  • Being the primary point of contact between the business and customers.

Experience that will give you an edge:

  • Experience in customer service within a contact centre or face-to-face environment.
  • Effective communication via telephone, email, live chat, and social media.
  • Proficiency in IT tools such as Word, Excel, and Google Suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
