The Opportunities

This role involves active participation in building services design for a wide range of new and existing building developments, working closely with leading architectural practices and developers in the UK.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Mechanical, Electrical Building Services, or a related field; with aspirations toward professional accreditation.
• Knowledge of working within a BIM environment using Revit; experience with software like Amtech and Dialux is desirable.
• Experience in Building Services Design from feasibility to detailed design stages.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams across various sectors such as healthcare, science, industry, energy, airports, higher education, data centers, or industrial projects.
• Experience with energy modeling software, preferably IES.
• Ability to produce technical and commercial proposals for clients.
