Expression of Interest: Mechanical / Electrical Design Engineer (Building Services)

Locations: Bristol, Cardiff, Southampton, Winchester

You will work on some of the most exciting and innovative buildings in the UK and internationally, often collaborating with top-tier architects and clients. Our team is currently involved in over 100 projects worldwide, from concept design to completion.

The Opportunities

We are inviting expressions of interest from those who wish to join our Building Engineering teams. With offices across the UK, you will be part of diverse professional groups.

This role involves active participation in building services design for a variety of new and existing developments, working closely with leading architectural practices and developers in the UK.

We are interested in speaking with candidates at all levels of seniority who have experience or a background in:

  • Building Services – Electrical Engineers
  • Building Services – Mechanical Engineers

We would love to hear from you if you have:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical Building Services, or a related field; with aspirations toward professional accreditation
  • Knowledge of working within a BIM environment using Revit; experience with Amtech and Dialux is desirable depending on your discipline
  • Experience in Building Services Design from feasibility to detailed design stages
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary team across various sectors such as healthcare, science, industry, energy, airports, higher education, data centers, or industrial projects
  • Experience with energy modeling software, ideally IES
  • The ability to produce technical and commercial proposals for clients
