Ideal candidates will have:

  • A degree in Mechanical, Electrical Building Services, or a related field, with aspirations toward professional accreditation such as CIBSE, IET, or IMechE
  • Knowledge of working within a BIM environment using Revit; experience with Amtech and Dialux is desirable depending on discipline
  • Experience in Building Services Design from feasibility through to detailed design and project completion
  • Experience working within a multidisciplinary team in various sectors such as healthcare, science and industry, energy, airports, higher education, data centers, or industrial facilities
  • Experience with energy modeling software, preferably IES
  • Ability to produce technical and commercial proposals for clients
