Asda is seeking a Team Leader (Express) on a part-time basis to drive daily operations in our Express location. You will lead a team, ensure shelves are stocked, and maintain high standards of service across checkout, replenishment and grocery areas.

This role is 25 hours per week, days shifts, with a competitive pay rate of £14.10 per hour. You will support your colleagues to hit targets, resolve issues, and create a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Qualificações

• Experience delivering great customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Confident coaching and motivating others to achieve targets.
• Comfortable using data and insights to inform decisions.
