Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs efficiently according to dealership standards
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools for testing systems
• Communicate with Service Advisors regarding additional repairs needed
• Estimate repair times
• Order needed parts from the parts department
• Execute warranty repairs per manufacturer specifications
• Perform basic maintenance such as oil changes, tire rotations, bulb replacements, etc.
• Attend factory-sponsored training classes

Requirements:

• High CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) is essential
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willing to undergo drug screening and background check
• Valid driver's license
• High school diploma or equivalent
