Job summary

Bank of America is seeking an Exposure Analysis and Identification Management Analyst, based in Chester or Dublin, to support the Exposure Analysis and Attack Surface Research functions. The role requires analytical rigor, collaboration with global teams, and strong SQL/Python automation capabilities to map and report on exposure risk across on‑premises and cloud assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cyber Security or a related technology field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience/qualifications.
• Broad knowledge of information security principles.
• Understanding of Exposure/Vulnerability Management principles and Risk Assessment methodologies.
• Knowledge of vulnerability attack methods, exploit results, attack chains.
• Experience with SQL Server development and SSIS/SSRS.
• Hands-on experience with data ingestion and ETL pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and triage disclosed exposures, vulnerabilities, threat scenarios, and mitigating controls.
• Research and evaluate threats and vulnerabilities to assist remediation prioritization.
• Review and validate exposures using available data sources, tools and identify new data sources as needed.
• Develop and maintain visualizations and reports in Power BI/SSRS to support teams and stakeholders.
• Communicate findings clearly through written analyses and executive briefings.
