The company also produces biofuels and renewable energy and provides services for farming and the food industry. The company has a UK annual turnover approaching £280 million and employs around 1,000 people at 19 sites across the country.

The Position

Applications are invited for an Exports Logistics Planner based at our SARIA Ltd, Doncaster site. This is a full-time, permanent position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities

  • Providing administrative support to the Commercial Team.
  • Managing customer account databases, including data entry, analysis, and customer KPI reporting.
  • Handling customer enquiries and providing sales support.
  • Managing filing systems.
  • Completing export documentation, re-scheduling, invoicing, and shipping documents.
  • Building strong relationships both internally and externally with customers.
  • Managing sales enquiries and coordinating sales activities.
  • Scheduling customer collections and deliveries of finished products.
  • Managing sales contracts.
  • Arranging and scheduling transport.
  • Performing general administration duties.
  • Performing any other ad hoc duties as required.

The Person

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office-based role is essential; prior export experience is an advantage.
  • Having 5 GCSEs at grade 5 or above (including Maths and English) or equivalent qualifications.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
  • The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Sound decision-making skills, including the ability to analyze information from multiple sources.
  • The ability to prioritize workload effectively.
