Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong organisational and analytical abilities with excellent attention to detail.
• Confident communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working with data, forecasts and presentations.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Positive, can-do attitude with desire to develop in commercial sales.
• Some exposure to export activities or international customer operations.
• Experience or interest in drinks, FMCG or grocery sectors is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial negotiations with new export distributors.
• Prepare straightforward contracts using agreed templates.
• Coordinate new customer and product line documentation.
• Participate in regular export account management meetings and follow up on actions.
• Manage advertising and promotional spend reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate records across internal systems, demand planning tools and spreadsheets.
• Approve additional customer expenditure within agreed limits.
• Liaise with operations regarding European hub stock levels, orders and deliveries.
• Ensure day-to-day compliance with relevant processes and requirements.
