We have an exciting opportunity for an Export Sales Regional Manager to join the HR Team at Triumph Motorcycles, the UK’s largest motorcycle manufacturer and a global leading heritage brand.

In this position, you will represent Triumph Motorcycles Limited, working with our independent distributors to achieve the company’s commercial and strategic objectives and ensure the implementation of prescribed programmes. Based out of our UK Headquarters in Hinckley, Leicestershire, your territory will include some distributors in Europe and the Far East (depending on the final portfolio). Mastering a foreign language could be beneficial for some markets.

Traveling once to twice per quarter, you will be responsible for the commercial development and performance of the Triumph brand, including setting key business goals for Triumph and our distributors, which you will drive and support them to achieve. Some travel might be at weekends.

Experience in international business (automotive experience is an advantage) is required. You should demonstrate experience in managing and developing distribution or dealer networks at a national or international level. Education to degree level is desirable. You should be able to demonstrate how you have built strong relationships and ensured growth through marketing and sales support.

You will have experience in analyzing sales data to evaluate performance, proposing promotional activities, and ensuring all activities align with corporate brand standards. A successful track record, high flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for motorcycles are essential!
