The Role
As a Key Account Manager - EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the brand’s footprint across Europe. Managing key distributor relationships, you will be responsible for sales growth, market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.
Business Growth & Distributor Management
- Own and develop relationships with distributors & retail partners across EMEA.
- Identify new market opportunities and onboard top-tier distributors.
- Monitor sales performance, distributor stock levels, and execute growth strategies.
- Lead new brand & SKU launches, ensuring smooth market entry.
Marketing & Brand Execution
- Develop and execute local marketing strategies with distribution partners.
- Work closely with Brand Managers to ensure market activity aligns with global brand positioning.
- Manage marketing budgets, ensuring investments are ROI-driven.
- Provide senior leadership with market insights & competitor analysis.
- Own the P&L for your markets, managing sales targets, A&P budgets, and profitability.
- Forecast sales and demand to ensure smooth operations.
- Regularly review pricing strategies & promotional activities to drive revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Logistics
- Work closely with supply chain & logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the US office & UK team to align strategies.
- Navigate challenges in fast-growing operations, finding solutions in a high-growth environment.
Who You Are
You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and have experience managing key accounts and distributors across European markets. You’re commercially savvy, culturally aware, and excited by the opportunity to shape the future of a growing brand.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 5+ years in International Account Management / Export Sales within FMCG.
- Strong background in distributor-led business models.
- Ability to identify and unlock new market opportunities.
- Experience in managing marketing investments & P&L accountability.
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
- Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
