The Role

As a Key Account Manager - EMEA, you will play a pivotal role in expanding the brand’s footprint across Europe. Managing key distributor relationships, you will be responsible for sales growth, market strategy, and cross-functional collaboration.

Business Growth & Distributor Management

  1. Own and develop relationships with distributors & retail partners across EMEA.
  2. Identify new market opportunities and onboard top-tier distributors.
  3. Monitor sales performance, distributor stock levels, and execute growth strategies.
  4. Lead new brand & SKU launches, ensuring smooth market entry.

Marketing & Brand Execution

  1. Develop and execute local marketing strategies with distribution partners.
  2. Work closely with Brand Managers to ensure market activity aligns with global brand positioning.
  3. Manage marketing budgets, ensuring investments are ROI-driven.
  4. Provide senior leadership with market insights & competitor analysis.
  5. Own the P&L for your markets, managing sales targets, A&P budgets, and profitability.
  6. Forecast sales and demand to ensure smooth operations.
  7. Regularly review pricing strategies & promotional activities to drive revenue growth.

Cross-Functional Collaboration & Logistics

  1. Work closely with supply chain & logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
  2. Collaborate with the US office & UK team to align strategies.
  3. Navigate challenges in fast-growing operations, finding solutions in a high-growth environment.

Who You Are

You thrive in a fast-paced, international environment and have experience managing key accounts and distributors across European markets. You’re commercially savvy, culturally aware, and excited by the opportunity to shape the future of a growing brand.

Experience & Skills Required:

  1. 5+ years in International Account Management / Export Sales within FMCG.
  2. Strong background in distributor-led business models.
  3. Ability to identify and unlock new market opportunities.
  4. Experience in managing marketing investments & P&L accountability.
  5. Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  6. Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  7. Resilient, adaptable, and thrives in an entrepreneurial environment.
