YOUR ROLE

As a Junior Export Coordinator

You'll play a key role in supporting the export function from order placement through to final delivery. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to kick-start a career in international logistics, gain hands-on experience with multimodal transport, and grow within a supportive team.

This role offers a salary of up to £24,800 per annum and involves working Monday to Friday, with a rotating shift of 8:30am to 5pm and 9am to 5:30pm every other week.

What are you going to do?

As the Junior Export Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and arranging international consignments according to client instructions for air, ocean, and road freight. Your duties include providing quotations for new traffic and trade lanes, invoicing clients, and creating export and customs entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with company regulations and AEO accreditations. You will also manage purchase and supplier queries promptly and maintain data accuracy within the system, adhering to established processes and work instructions.

This role requires regular engagement with clients, colleagues, and customers, so effective communication via telephone and email is essential.
