Job description

My client is looking for a candidate with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience within Ocean Freight Exports, having worked in a start-to-finish role previously. Team players with an energetic and enthusiastic attitude towards work are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Arranging LCL and FCL export shipments to worldwide destinations
• Arranging collections with selected transport companies
• Effectively liaising with other branches, carriers, and the sales department
• Providing an excellent customer service experience
• Handling orders, issuing Bills of Lading, invoices, and pre-alerts
• Knowledge of the physical loading of containers is beneficial
• Managing customs clearance and entry within Sequoia or other customs systems

Package

• Monday to Friday, 0900 - 1730 hrs (37.5 hours per week)
