Our client, one of the UK’s leading freight forwarding companies, is seeking an Export Coordinator to join their team. With over X years of experience in the industry, our client is known for prioritizing people in everything they do.

• 25 days holiday + bank holidays

Main Duties:

• Manage the end-to-end process of export shipments, monitor progress, and resolve any issues that arise.
• Coordinate the preparation of documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Communicate with clients, providing accurate updates promptly.
• Build relationships with customs agents, suppliers, and carriers to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements:

• Knowledge of customs procedures
• At least 2 years’ experience in Air, Ocean, or Road operations
• Experience with Imports or Exports
• Previous experience in a freight forwarding company
• Strong communication skills
• Commercial awareness
