Export Coordinator
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Contract: Permanent Full-time (37.5 hours/week, Monday to Friday - lunchtime finish Friday)

A leading global supplier of exported goods based in Bury St Edmunds is currently seeking an Export Coordinator to join their experienced Despatch Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a background in export, logistics, or transport to further develop their career in a supportive and well-established business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the distribution of finished goods in line with daily export schedules.
  • Prepare and generate shipping documentation, including customs clearance paperwork.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders to obtain quotations, book shipments, and arrange collections.
  • Manage, organise, and file all documentation related to export shipments via land, sea, and air.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role within export, logistics, or transport.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external freight providers.
  • Experience with SAP or another ERP system would be an advantage.
