A leading global supplier of exported goods based in Bury St Edmunds is currently seeking an Export Coordinator to join their experienced Despatch Team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the distribution of finished goods in line with daily export schedules.
  • Prepare and generate shipping documentation, including customs clearance paperwork.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders to obtain quotations, book shipments, and arrange collections.
  • Manage, organise, and file all documentation related to export shipments via land, sea, and air.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative role within export, logistics, or transport.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Good communication skills to liaise effectively with internal teams and external freight providers.
  • Experience with SAP or another ERP system would be an advantage.
