Job summary

The Recruitment Group in Witney is seeking a proactive Export Controller to oversee export documentation, customs compliance and international trade regulations from our office base. You will ensure accurate paperwork and compliance across borders.

You’ll coordinate with suppliers, customers and freight forwarders, maintain records and identify ways to reduce costs and delays while driving continuous improvement and precision.

Responsibilities

• Preparing export documentation and commercial invoices.
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations, export controls and licensing requirements.
• Managing tariff codes, customs duties and taxes.
• Liaising with suppliers, customers, freight forwarders and customs authorities.
• Identifying opportunities to reduce costs, minimise delays and improve processes.
• Providing guidance to internal teams and maintaining accurate compliance records.
