Job summary

Fractile Ltd. is seeking an Export Compliance Officer to own, operationalise, and maintain export controls and compliance frameworks across global supply chains. You will lead classification work, licensing processes, and enforcement actions to safeguard operations while enabling growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of trade compliance experience in tech scale-ups.
• Expertise in UK export controls (ECJU) and US rules (deemed exports, FDR, sanctions).
• Translate hardware/software specs into precise ECCN classifications.
• Experience implementing automated screening systems.
• Ability to build smooth processes that enable growth without slowing it.

Responsibilities

• Operate as Export Compliance Officer for US, UK, and international controls.
• Lead ECCN/classifications and end-to-end licensing (UK ECJU, US BIS).
• Oversee denied party screening across customers, vendors and partners.
• Assist with customs compliance processes.
• Integrate compliance checks into enterprise workflows and training.
