Specialist Area: Import & Export
Sector: Transport & Distribution
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: Full Time

We are seeking a bright and enthusiastic individual with at least 5 years of general forwarding experience, particularly in exports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Follow the export process, including all country-specific requirements
  • Manage customer contacts and assist with supplier and customer queries
  • Ensure timely billing according to company policy
  • Handle all aspects of exports and customer issues
  • Ensure correct documentation flow
  • Work independently within the export process
  • Manage export shipments from start to finish
  • Understand supplier conditions, delivery terms, Incoterms, and purchasing conditions
  • Maintain good knowledge of computer systems and invoicing
  • Possess knowledge and experience of customs and documentation
  • Manage own working time effectively

Salary: £32,000 - £35,000 depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm
