Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating all aspects of shipping logistics, ensuring the timely delivery of goods to customers
  • Handling all shipping documentation and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations
  • Liaising with internal teams and external partners to track shipments and resolve any potential issues
  • Managing inventory and stock levels, keeping accurate records of goods in transit
  • Providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving any shipping-related queries

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar export or logistics role within sea freight specifically
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and compliance with documentation
  • Proficiency in using shipping software and Microsoft Office applications
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
  • Knowledge of international shipping regulations and procedures
  • Experience in using customs software and dealing with customs authorities
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and order management tools
