Baxter Thetford is looking for an Export and Warehouse Coordinator responsible for purchasing activities, raw material and component ordering, stock management, export compliance, and ensuring timely, compliant supplier orders. The role involves multiple responsibilities, serving as the first point of contact for supply queries, requiring proven stakeholder communication skills and results delivery. Export knowledge is desirable.

The role is Monday-Friday, 37.5 hours per week, with flexible start/finish times.

Duties & Responsibilities

Raw Materials Planner

• Control raw material inventory to ensure right product, right place, right time across multiple sites.
• Create and send purchase orders to suppliers.
• Review and approve orders.
• Replenish stock locations as needed.
• Schedule deliveries according to lead times.
• Manage stock discrepancies and supplier non-deliveries with suppliers and logistics teams.
• Communicate proactively about supply gaps or risks.
• Assist in developing purchasing and inventory control systems.
• Apply standard operational processes correctly.

Export Controller

• Complete and file export and customs documentation accurately and promptly per SOP.
• Coordinate load building, transport, and export documentation.
• Manage stock for Baxter Ireland Compounding Units.

Warehouse Operator

• Assist in receiving, storing, and retrieving raw materials.
• Book in raw materials and locate them in warehouses.
• Process and load finished goods and raw materials for dispatch.

Experience Required

• Experience in export, warehouse, or logistics environments.
• Experience with purchasing, order, and inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of export documentation.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Team player with adaptability and problem-solving skills.
• Results-driven with accountability.
