Description

As an Export Administrator your responsibilities will include:

  • Prepare and process export documentation in line with international shipping regulations.
  • Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and ensure timely delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records of export activities and shipments.
  • Liaise with internal departments to gather necessary shipping details.
  • Ensure compliance with customs requirements and trade policies.
  • Provide support in resolving shipping discrepancies or delays.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients regarding shipments.
  • Assist in improving export procedures to enhance efficiency.

Profile

A successful Export Administrator should have:

  • Familiarity with export documentation and customs regulations.
