As we continue to grow our export footprint, we’re looking for a commercially minded, relationship-driven Export Account Manager to help us take our Own Brands to the next level globally.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced, commercially minded Export Account Manager to drive the growth of our Own Brands across key international markets. Reporting to the Managing Director you will be responsible for developing export strategies, managing retailers anddistributor relationships, opening new markets, and ensuring strong brand presence abroad.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the global commercial strategy to deliver revenue and profit growth
  • Identify and onboard new international partners and distributors
  • Manage and grow existing export accounts, ensuring high levels of service and performance
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and promotional agreements with international partners
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences in target regions
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product Development, and Operations to support export needs
  • Ensure compliance with international regulations and export documentation requirements
  • Represent Rainbow Cosmetics at international trade shows and industry events
  • Provide regular sales forecasting, reporting, and market insight to senior management

Candidate Profile

  • 3+ years’ experience in international sales or export management within FMCG, ideally beauty or personal care
  • Demonstrated success in growing brands across UK and international markets
  • Proven track record of securing and growing international accounts
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Deep understanding of global retail and distribution dynamics
  • Self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit and commercial acumen
  • Ability to travel internationally as required
  • Fluency in English is essential; additional languages are a strong plus
  • Knowledge of global beauty markets and regulations is desirable
