Overview

We are a locally rooted, long-established charity, employing over 150 staff, who are dedicated to supporting the residents of Hull by providing a wide range of services including affordable housing, training and development, employment services, youth facilities, personal care and fighting poverty. Role

Exploring Opportunities Office Administrator

20 hours per week

£12,742.36

Fixed term role until 31st March 2026

Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Exploring Opportunities and other Goodwin Training Team projects with all admin tasks
  • Managing reception, meeting learners and partners at the door
  • Taking incoming calls and making outgoing calls
  • Taking minutes and actions at meetings
  • Managing IAG calendar
  • Wider admin support to training manager and other projects linked the Exploring Opportunities and other Goodwin Training Team projects
  • Working towards completing Information, Advice and Guidance sessions with potential learners (training will be provided)
