Our team is ranked Tier 1 by the most influential independent legal directories and is fully integrated with our disputes, tax, finance, competition, IP, IT, employment and pensions teams. We also specialise in the rail and renewable energy sectors.
The team handle transactions with both domestic and international content including large, multi-jurisdictional deals and assist with structuring transactions to accommodate different international regulatory requirements.
The successful candidate will also be part of an expert, dynamic, friendly and well-supported global community of Knowledge and Expertise specialists.
The expertise partner manages the team\'s expertise professionals. The expertise partner together with the expertise lawyers and executives are responsible for developing and implementing the practice\'s expertise plan.
This is an extremely varied role working within one of the leading Projects legal teams in London. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with an ability to prioritise and take the lead on knowhow projects or issues once instructions have been given.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Expertise Lawyers network and Partners in the Projects team to provide a wide range of knowhow support. Responsibilities will include:
